A.T.E. wins accolades for in-house developed dual-axis CST technology

A.T.E.’s Energy Efficiency Solutions Business Unit received the CST and Solar Cooker Excellence Award for its dual-axis concentrated solar thermal (CST) technology at the National Workshop on Concentrating Solar Technologies & Solar Cookers.

A.T.E. wins accolades for in-house developed dual-axis CST technology   

The award was presented by Shri Piyush Goyal, Honourable Minister of Power, Coal, and New and Renewable Energy. The workshop organised by the Ministry of New and Renewable Energy (MNRE) on 29 April 2016 at New Delhi, was attended by state nodal agencies, CST channel partners and manufacturers, consultants, beneficiaries, and MNRE staff.

A.T.E's customers in Goa (Lakaki Dry-cleaners) and Aurangabad (Rainbow Dry-cleaners) also received awards. Another of A.T.E.’s customers, the Girivanvasi Educational Trust (Dahanu, Maharashtra) received a certificate of appreciation at the function.

These awards recognise A.T.E.’s efforts to harness solar energy to provide process heat for various industrial and commercial applications, and in turn reduce the use of carbon-intensive fuels.  In line with its business philosophy of ‘Partnering People & the Planet’, A.T.E. is committed to develop CST and other technologies to help our customers along their sustainability journey.
