HMX establishes a green connect with the audience at RetrofitTech MENA Summit 2019, Dubai

A.T.E. Enterprises Private Limited (Business Unit: HMX) along with its UAE channel partner, Al Yousuf Engineering, participated in the 5th Annual RetrofitTech MENA Summit 2019 held in Dubai on April 9 - 10, 2019.

The RetrofitTech Summit is a leading platform to highlight and promote multi-sector retrofit programmes and adoption of energy efficient technologies across the MENA (Middle East and North Africa) region. The 5th edition of the summit was focused on the latest technologies being used to achieve energy, water efficiency, and savings in UAE, Morocco, Saudi Arabia, Jordan, Kuwait and other countries.

HMX had showcased its sustainable cooling solutions based on its patented (US, Australia and India patents received) Indirect Direct Evaporative Cooling (IDEC) technology at the show. Mr Harshal Ahire of HMX and Mr Durgesh Verma of Al Yousuf jointly made a presentation on how HMX solutions can be retrofitted to existing/new FAHUs (fresh air handling units) installed in high rise buildings, and how these solutions save energy. The presentation was well appreciated. Many energy consultants, MEP engineers, facility managers, and sustainability experts who attended the event were quite impressed with the advantages of HMX’ technology and have shown keen interest in retrofit solutions possible with IDEC. HMX cooling solutions are well-proven with the largest IDEC installed base of 45 million CFM in the industry sector, cooling a total of more than 8 million square feet area across over 400 customers in India, the Middle East, Australia, Spain, Thailand, etc.

The RetrofitTech MENA summit saw participation from the government and regulatory bodies, building owners, building management organisations, facility management companies, management councils, developers, consultants, hotel operators, HVAC managers, sustainability experts, energy consultants, and contractors. It was a great opportunity for HMX to showcase its sustainable cooling solutions to a wide range of interested users.
